I made flourless Nutella Oatmeal Cookies today. Had to improvise
because I didn't have exactly what the recipe called for. Used two large eggs because I didn't have extra large and whizzed regular oatmeal in the Vitamix because I didn't have quick cooking. They look good and I can't complain about the flavor, but the mouth feel is a bit dry. Next time I'll either use more Nutella or less oatmeal. Would it benefit from a little oil or melted butter too? Am I on the right track? -- I take life with a grain of salt, a slice of lemon and a shot of tequila |

You can make them just with Nutella and an egg - that's what we do. I think it's one cup Nutella + one egg, bake at 350 for 10 minutes. -S- |

If you haven't tried them, flourless peanut butter cookies are really addictive. -- I take life with a grain of salt, a slice of lemon and a shot of tequila |
