I wasn't clear. It is meat only. (Looks like only white meat) No
skin, no bones. The kind of stuff you could use to make chicken
salad, etc. Pricey? Yes. Convenient? Oh, yes.

Thanks Janet! I've wanted to go there a couple of times and gotten
side tracked each time. I did find out that I can go to the deli at
one grocery store and they'd sell me whatever amount of shredded white
meat that I wanted, haven't inquired at all the grocery stores I shop
in though and I prefer mixed (dark and white) shredded meat anyway.

It's still almost half of what they charged me at the grocery store
for shredded white meat. They charged $8 lb and I paid it.
