Default Easy Peasy Dinner

Since we had such a late lunch today, dinner tonight is Amish Country
Popcorn topped with Parmesan cheese, and freshly ground black pepper.
Yep served in a paper bowl, that's how I roll :-)

I was going to ask if you'd ordered parmesan cheese powder via the
internet, but I see you (microplane?) grated some on.

Looks good, but what else did you have, to me that's a light snack,
not nearly a light lunch, not enough to make it worth getting popcorn
stuck between my teeth. So how did you prepare the popcorn, I hope
not nuked. I'd use my air popper, drizzle with EVOO, then add freshly
ground black pepper. I'd rather my fresh parm shaved on slices of
sopressata, a bowl of oily olives, and a liter of dago red... now it's
lunch! LOL Oh, paper plates don't bother me, only with drizzles of
EVOO I'd line the paper bowl with Saran.... then I would'nt lose the
oil and I could reuse that nice bowl.
