I had forgotten how much I love these! I don't eat them often as nobody in
the house likes them. But I got some food from the salad bar at Central
Market today, including beets. Oh, yum, yum, yum. I picked up a small
black bean wrap to go with the salad which I think might only be mediocre.
I don't usually like these things after I get them, even though I like all
of the ingredients they contain. I just had too much else going on today to
bother to fix a meal for myself.
