Default Getting Lucky

I checked out a Lucky's yesterday. It's near my new job. Lucky for me, they
are also putting one in nearer to my home as well. One thing they do is really
cool. They sell pints of really good beers for $2, and the shopping cart has a
cup holder.

They had some decent deals, like quarts of Lifeway kefir for $1.99. Their ads
run Wed.-Wed. so every Wed. you get the sale prices from both weeks' ads. This
week they have Reggiano for $9.99/#. Haha. I had some shredded on my
"beefaroni" this morning. I had leftover macaroni from a box of mac&cheese
(hey, my son likes it and it is super cheap). I used the whole packet, but not
all the pasta the night before last. This morning's breakfast was leftover bolognese with a chopped Serrano added to it, the macaroni, and the Parmesan.

You're going to like Lucky if it's anything like mine. It's the only
large chain around here that sells American lamb (by around here, I
mean my immediate vicinity) and it's a not heart-stopping price.

I'll check my local Lucky for that one. I use kefir the same way I
use buttermilk in cooking.

The only place around here with decent prices on lamb is a international
foods store.

I imagine that would work. I make my own single strain cultured
probiotic cultured milk, and sweeten it with sucralose, but the
kefir has a nice variety of organisms, plus, the flavored varieties
are delicious.
