Default OT Update on Texas Janet #2

Excellent news today. Blood work is pretty normal. Platelets went from
44,000 last Monday to 46,000 today. I asked the doctor if I could have
half a glass of wine with dinner and he said I definitely could. Talking
about making one's day!

The radiation, if everything goes well, will be done on October 6 and my
plane for New Jersey leaves October 8.

The Physical Therapist came today ans the exercises were a great help.
She will come 3 times a week. The home health care care aid will also
come 3 times a week to help my shower and with other chores. The nurse
comes a few times a week to check on my vitals.

Waiting to hear from the alarm people to install the medical alert gizmo.

Things are going well and I'm feeling quite positive.

I am very tired after the radiation treatments, so please don't worry
about me if I don't post.

I do make a point of putting something up on
Facebook every day, so I'd appreciate it if my
FB friends would pass along the news.

Ophelia, if you do facebook, please friend me and that will keep you in
the loop.

I'm Janet R Wilder and the avatar is me and my darling granddaughter
playing miniature golf.
