Default Weekend of fermenting and pickling

I've had a busy weekend of fermenting and pickling. First are some
jalapeños with a habanero fermenting for another batch of my "kickin'
screamin'" hot sauce, in the next jar are some cucumbers fermenting to
become half sours. The short jar in one week will be spicy lemon
pickles, and the last one is a jar of jalapeños, carrots and onions
pickling.
I'm surprised I have the patience to do ferments, but, they are worth
the wait.
