Sugared Pecans Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 egg white
1 Tbsp water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz pecans - about 2 cups
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

My recipe is just about the same except for the addition of a tablespoon of
dark rum.

Or bourbon! I like putting a little bourbon in my pecan pies. The
borbon flavor goes well with pecans, as the rum flavor does too.

Mine isn't. I caramelize sugar and coat the nuts with it. The end.

I've seen something similar for grapes, but I don't want to put that
much effort into candying nuts that go on my salad.
