Coconut Spread
Took the time to really check out our new Baron's Market today. I found this and I'm happy, happy, happy!!! Dairy free, paleo friendly. It has the mouth feel and creaminess of butter with only the very slightest hint of coconut. I think that if you didn't know it was made from coconut you wouldn't notice it.
