For a number of years we used to attend readings of A Christmas Carol and one of the readers was Anna Olsen. She used to bring desserts to be served after the reading. They were incredible. I have to say that she looks a whole heck of a lot better in real life than she does on TV. |

Nor am I likely to make it again. Most of us who read the original recipe, which koko was kind enough to post, realized it was a lousy recipe from the start. Forget about the fact you can't get coating to adhere to chicken, that's your own unique problem. The recipe is just a bad one and you fell for it. http://myfridgefood.com/ViewRecipe.aspx?recipe=21127 Jill |

Well, I guess that settles it. She must be a good cook. Oh for crying in the beer! I talk to people in her family. She is from the dance studio where they frequently have potlucks. I have only tasted perhaps a couple of things that she made over the years, but many others have tasted a lot of things and they all say that she is a really good cook! |

You try to get that to stick. It won't. I don't think the point of using 3 cups is for all three cups to actually stick to the chicken but to have enough to dredge the chicken in appropriately. When dredging something in flour do you expect all of the flour to stick? No. -- jinx the minx |

All of what was on the bottom fell off as it baked. |

I only saw the part that was on Facebook. I later went to their website rather than clicking on the link. I guess I just didn't notice the link. But the recipe is all over the Internet. |
