Default Cold fresh bean salad.

Cold bean salad for lunch using fresh crowder peas, fresh coco beans
and lentils. I added cucumber, celery and spring onion. The dressing
is a basic vinaigrette with some cumin added, and this is all topped
with garden fresh tomato and avocado.
