Here's the TV spot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-JUXu6xYkY This is what prompted my little rant. Looks pretty disgusting, doesn't it? But hey, it's a pretzel dough crust! The latest fad in all things pretzel. LOL Jill |

Jill ~~~~~~~~~ I have seen that ad. Pretzels used to be one of my favorite snacks, but that Sonic ad sounds nauseating--and some of the ads for items like pretzel buns for hamburger actually sound like they would be difficult to eat. I suspect that this is one of those fads (if it even reaches the level of a "fad") will be short-lived. MaryL |

For the past couple of years, Mountain Mike (pizza) has been advertising on sports shows. The name meant nothing to me and I wondered why they were spending so much money on something I never see. Then a few weeks ago, we were in a small community about an hour away and what did I see? Mountain Mikes. We were headed over to meet people for lunch elsewhere, but if I was just driving along and feeling hungry - who knows? I might have gone in and ordered a pizza out of pure curiosity. -- Never trust a dog to watch your food. |

It's called 'advertising' and the concept is fairly well known by most people these days. But thanks for explaining it to us. |
