Somebody posted a link on another newsgroup that said that even for celiacs,
gluten isn't the only culprit and it is much more complicated than we think.

But another problem comes from the way that grains are grown, stored and
transported. Leaves them vulnerable to cross contamination from other
grains.

Gluten is not a problem for me but rye and barley are.
