A local bakery has a bakery version on > display and it's surprising to see a mixer six feet tall! I have seen those a few times, even seen them for sale, but obviously that would be impractical for a home kitchen. I will add that I am most pleased to still have my Hobart mixer. I also got a much older Hobart at an estate sale. It is unfortunately missing the little metal cap and ensemble, and the new type of cap etc. doesn't fit. Maybe there is a junkyard of sorts for mixer parts. |
