She was a Jekyll and Hyde for sure. Outgoing and personable, then
snarling and nasty. I'd never in my life heard that thing about the
horse you rode in on until she blindsided me with it. I had to Google
the phrase. I had no idea she was a head case up to that point, but I
didn't particularly like her either. I knew why after that. My
"danger" radar had been working, but I didn't recognize the signals.
