Default Ping: serious bread bakers

If you do Facebook, check out this group. SERIOUS break bakers only, they don't tolerate extraneous chatter.

Correct finger, wrong hand. I often type a correctly spelled but very
wrong word choice to convey my thought in the same way and I do it
often enough that I immediately recognized how she did it.

Word/work is a favorite for my fingers to mess up.

Anyone who touch-types as opposed to hunt and peck types certain words
more often than others. Our fingers naturally gravitate towards
commonly used keystrokes and words (I almost typed "work").

BTW there are some gorgeous photographs and impressive breadmaking over there. They have a huge file section with recipes and methodologys.

About the same as the Hepa filters for my Spiffy Main Broom Vac. Odd
