If you have the ingredients on hand, give this a try.

I happened to have all of them, including heavy cream (amazed by
that).

My alternatives were to leave out the oregano and basil (no tomato, so
why muddy the waters) and I used dry sherry instead of mustard. It
was so delicious that I will try mustard next time and see how it
goes.

Sounds good, I think I'll try it this weekend. I always have heavy cream on
hand and I got a good buy on chicken thighs this past week that I froze, so
it's a go for me too.

That recipe reminds me a lot of a Julia Child recipe I had a
long time ago, company chicken. So delicious. Thanks, I'm
saving this.

I woke up this morning thinking about how good it was, so I'm moving
it into my "recipes worth repeating" file.

Damn Delicious is an excellent recipe blog. I've made a few of her
recipes and they've all been "damn delicious". Chinese Grandma (who
cooks American style) is another one I like a lot.
