Why would anyone doing Atkins buy SKINLESS chicken? Chicken skin is
lovely. Mayo, on the other hand--and I know your lazy ass is talking
about the beatoff-in-a-jar crap like Hellman's/Kraft...

The recipe obviously does not include chicken skin or bones. The
choice is yours as to what form the skinless boneless meat comes in
and it's also up to you to figure out what to do with the skin and
bones after you've separated them from the meat.

So what? Nobody will stop you from making your own mayonnaise if
that's what you want to do. Knock yourself out.

Have never heard of the "beatoff-in-a-jar crap", Do tell is this your off-shelf favorite? Personally I make mine from scratch,It's not really rocket science.
Take 1 egg white about a 1/2 cup olive oil, bit of lemon salt & Pepper,
than you beat it.

Cheers to you mate !

That is home made beatoff. No civilized person makes mayonnaise with whole
eggs, and your jism, which doesn't include ANY yolks at all, isn't mayonnaise
by ANY reasonable definition. Oh, and Atkins had contempt for yolk-o-phobes.

Bryan, you keep calling all the other mayo "tasting like jism"
including the store brands. We can only deduct that you have tried the
human kind too since you do the comparisons. Maybe this is why John
hates you so much for leaving him???

Did I EVER mention taste? Ever, Gary? You are not very observant. And
**** Kuthe. I didn't start the shit with him. He started it with me.
Every single god damned time. Again, not very observant. The dumb****
above probably never made mayo anyway or he would know that you could not
make it with egg whites. All you'd make is a jizzy LOOKING mess. Even you
wouldn't eat it, and you have rather undiscriminating tastes.

So, UR is a Marty sock puppet? I assumed that because Marty defended it.
Everyone is saying that Miss Kitty is PVC. I know that Jerry Sauk is sw
from the a.f.fast-food days. I wish that one of you folks who at least
thinks they can match the socks up with the real posters would make a
list/table and post it. *A Guide to the Sock Puppets of r.f.cooking*.
