Default News article says milk prices plummeting - not in MY area, they aren't.++

Article treated on the dumping of milk etc. to support prices. I haven't seen a change. Is milk down in your area? I'm still paying 4.19 a gallon.

Bought a half gallon of honey today - 17 bucks. Last one was 13 and time before that, 10 bucks (about 4 years ago.) Compared to what I saw tupelo honey going for tho, the 17 dollar price was still a steal, altho not tupelo, of course.

A gallon of house brand milk at Kroger is $2.99. Last week it was $2.59 and I was surprised to see it that low.

I have not noticed any lowering of milk prices. I mentioned before I
buy milk at Family Dollar (PET brand) because it costs a heck of a lot
less than even the Publix branded milk. Family Dollar is much closer to
home, too.

Milk is about 20% cheaper here than it was a year ago. There has been no
recent drop. I think it is more of a local marketing thing and applies
mainly to the 4 liter bags.

It's a Canadian thing. I first saw it at The Food Terminal in Toronto,
in the 1970s. But it was only three heat-sealed liter bags in a plastic
bag, if I recall correctly.

Dave, do you folks keep an old glass milk bottle to pour the bags into?

Is that for house brand or a regional advertised brand? The regional advertised moo juice here is about a dollar or two more than store brands.
