Default Fried chicken drumsticks -- 20#s

Shop'n Save had ~5# packages of drumsticks marked down to $3, w/ $2 coupons
on them. I bought 4. Then I went by ALDI to get a few things, including
flour, salt, and cheap ground black pepper for the chicken. I told the ALDI
employee who checked me out about my find, and she said that I should bring
them some fried chicken. I bet they'll be surprised when I actually do.

I've got 8 pieces being finished in the oven right now. I don't usually do
that, but with this much to cook...once the pieces are very nicely fried on
all sides, I think they'll be fine finished at 275F in the oven.

I'm not *totally* inflexible.

I hope you have a Food Saver to vacuum seal what you haven't already cooked.

I took some to the ALDI folks, and I'm frying all the rest up. They'll be
for dinner, and I can invite my son's friends over. The rest can go in
the fridge, and I'll take them to work for lunch the next few days. I can
eat a lot of fried chicken.
