I had leftover Spanish rice. Not sure what Angela ate beyond apple slices
and cottage cheese. Whatever it was, she got her herself. Husband went to
bed not long after he got home. If he gets up and wants food, he can have
the Spanish rice.

I need to go shopping tomorrow. I really didn't buy much food at all this
week. Seems that husband won't touch the BBQed pork that I bought. Not
sure why. Angela said it was fine.

Sweet potato hash is a new one on me, sounds interesting.

Broccolini I just don't know, I've tried it but never understood it,
if you know what I mean. When classic broccoli won't do, I go to the
bok choy! Or cauliflower, since everyone started serving it curried
I've become a cauliflower convert, though I don't know if it has quite
the same nutritional content ... seems to have somewhat more than
broccoli, actually, except zippo vitamin A - and if you can find an
orange or purple one, I wonder if even that wouldn't change.

Did you cook those chops in Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup?
JUST kidding! My mother always did that.

Seriously though - how was that hash mixture? That sounds interesting.

Hey, clean off your computer screen! If I had used mushroom soup, it
wouldn't have been the creamed type... because the gravy isn't white.
You would have had a leg to stand on if I'd made my usual sour cream
gravy.... because it does look like I used cream of mushroom soup.

It was delicious - very easy too.

Sounds good...interesting and unusual. How about printing a recipe?
