Anyone needs a great commercial weight aluminum sheet pan, this Nordic
Ware bakers 3/4 sheet pan cost only $9.54 at Walmart.
I actually bought this to put under the wet cat food bowl on my deck,
cats can get messy and the plastic pan I was using is too small. I
checked and it fits nicely in my oven so I'm going to get another one.

Lucky me, I live near the NordicWare factory store. I can get that pan
for $4.99, and a domed plastic cover for it for a buck.
