![]() Mark, fresh pineapple allegedly has enzymes that keep the gelatin from setting. The original posted recipe is an oldie but goodie, called "Sunshine Salad" in my BH&G Cookbook. N. |

My favorite canned fruit is purple plums, unfortunately they are very high in sugar so I don't partake very often. I also like canned candied kumquats but those are feloneously sweet so I rarely treat myself,., I love saying kumquats, so sexy how that word rolls off my tongue... kummm-quats... |
