Pecan and Maple twists
 
I want to make these. These are the ingredients in the recipe I have. Has
anyone made them and if so, please share comments?

Quick method Danish Pasty Dough
Makes 10-20 entirely depending on size
180ml | 3/4 cup (6fl oz) whole milk
1 sachet dry active yeast (about 1/2 tbsp)
70g | 1/3 cup (caster) sugar
1 large egg
250g | 2 cups plain flour (plus more for dusting and rolling)
65g | 1/2 cup white bread flour
230g | 2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cubed
1 tsp salt

Pecan and maple? Oh heavens yes!! YUM!!

No O never made these, but thoses two flavors sound very good
together!! I should make a Christmas Candy out of them!! :-)

I have had them bought for me from a bakery but as you might know, I like to
make things myself! The flavour was wonderful!!

That is just the pastry:) The recipes give various additions of which
pecans and maple syrup are just one:)

Here ya go:

Pecan and Maple filling

100g | 3.5 oz toasted pecans
3-4 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp (30g) cold unsalted butter
6 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch salt
