Sounds good to me even though I don't care for kale and sweet potatoes

I'd change the sweet potatoes to white potatoes... I like sweet
potatoes but not for that dish. I like kale but you can substitute
spinach. Since the dish calls for garlic it's wasteful to use
shallots, it's one or the other... I'd use the garlic with plain
yellow onions.

I like white potatoes better too. I imagine the recipe is meant to
showcase how to increase our use of nutrient laden foods in a tasty
way.
