You don't wanna mess with sf or she'll run you down... you'll know
it's her because when sf is wearing yellow panties she looks like a 40
passenger school bus. hehe

Um, actually not such a stupid question... coat your palm with red
oil to stop spanking his monkey (or you'll go blind), to resume
spanking his monkey coat your palm with green oil... use amber palm
oil to spank slower so his monkey lasts longer before the dwarf's
monkey honks lungers all over your A cups! LOL-LOL
Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahaha. . . .

Palm oil might not be very healthful as a foodstuff, but I bet that it
is a pretty effective lubricant. Hence, the Casa troll could masturbate
for hours w/o getting "raw." Now, he might *look* raw, but that might
just be the color of the palm oil.

I have some red palm oil caps, they're supposed to have a good bit of alpha carotene in them which is hard to find except in pumpkin and carrots.

Interesting Janet!

In the USA, they ignore the harder fat from a pig as being 'suet' but I
can see UK sites do not make that distinction. Ours if you dig around
though add deer and I saw one (accuracy may not be correct) that listed
bear. When they got into details it was always hard fat and if they
got more detailed, it was around the kidney area generally.

Looks like a fairly common language with slightly different definitions
caused some confusion here.

Sheldon, don't you think it's a little silly to tell a UK person what a
primarily UK use item is made from? Especially when she used to make
her own for kitchen use?

Wikipedia is wrong as often as it is right in the details.

Fact is we probably dummied down the term to take pork kidney (hard)
fat out of the picture over time. Conversely a wander showed a few
sites with bear kidney fat added in that designation. (Canadian site I
think).

Two possibilities:

1. The capsules are concentrated alpha-carotene *dervived* from palm oil,

or

2. You are wasting your money on capsules full of cheap-ass red palm oil.
