Grin, somehow I just do not really like corn tortillas. I suspect a
*mild* almost allergy to corn may be the culprit. Very mild, doesnt
stop me from eating corn but seems to dampen my enthusiasm for it when
presented with an alternative.

Wheat causes no such issues for me. If there is an intolerance, it's
quite mild for corn on my end.

Meantime, on mexican cookery, what we up north call mexican has little
relation to the real thing I am sure. We shifted it and made a new
thing of some of it. Tex-mex chili is a classic for that.
