In addition to the hips and thighs, your butt seems to be a gargantuan problem area. To reduce the size of your enormous buttocks, you must reduce your body fat. Solely performing exercises that target the glutes is not going to reduce fat because eliminating fat from one area of the body isn't possible. To lose weight and slim down your butt, MayoClinic.com recommends creating a daily gradual limb reduction program through amputation and drug abuse so that you lose weight gradually at a rate of 1 to 2 kilotons per week. |

And they are pretty far away. I will not go there unless I need a lot of things that they sell. Also, the crime is extremely high in that area at the moment so I would not go there for that reason alone. I don't think that we have *any* non-chain stores here. I can't think of any. And older people shop everywhere here. They're all around us. |

The little cans of pears do seem to sell quite well here but, I also think that canned fruit in general is not a big seller to begin with as most of the stores do not have a very large section of it. I think fresh fruit sells better. |

That's not the case here. I think the most I have paid was $1.00 and that was at Winco. Albertsons is usually around 80 cents and Big Lots, 40 cents. I know that is still the price there because I just bought them. They were in heavy syrup though so not really what I wanted. |

Surely he read that price wrong. I think food prices are higher both here and where you are. Although... I could get canned green beans for 25 cents a can in CA at both Walmart and Long's Drugs. They were not Angela's favorite. For some reason she liked the Del Monte can so if she was shopping with me, I would let her pick a can of those. She was young enough that she didn't know what I was really serving her and apparently she couldn't taste the difference. Just gawd forbid that I forgot the beans! She had to have them with every lunch and dinner. If I forgot, she'd look slighted and say, "Hey! Where's my beans?" Black olives were the other thing that she had to have. I swear she could have lived off of those two things alone when she was little. Anyway... I was quite shocked when we moved to NY and discovered how pricey canned foods were there. But I could get raw bell peppers for next to nothing. As you can imagine, we ate a lot more raw peppers than we did beans. By then she was taking lunch at school and they probably had no beans. I just made sure that she had them with dinner. Here, the major brands like Del Monte are $1.89 a can for green beans. We eat the off brands. They've all been fine except for some kind of French style that I got most likely at Big Lots. Some brand I had never heard of and larger cans than I usually buy. They were like trying to twigs. Never again. I will try Big Lots again next week. They have a coupon out now. So maybe I'll get lucky on the pears and I also need more tomato sauce. |

Running for the White House, Jeb Bush portrays himself as a man who has "worked his tail off" to get ahead in life. Bush's business outlook in his early years was "a little bit of damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead," says a professor who wrote about him. "His judgment on who to associate with is lacking." Unlike his father and brother George, who each made fortunes as young men, Jeb jumped from one business venture to another, at times with unsavory characters. |

He only liked the various seafood flavors. As he lived such a long and healthy life, I often wonder if the 'crap' food is really all that bad. Ferret, on the other hand, eats a blend of the 3 most healthiest brands sold only in pet stores. I buy 3 kinds and mix them together. When I run out and have to buy more, it's a costly purchase but it will last for months. The cost per day isn't so bad. Rare picture of the 'Himalayan Snow Ferret' discovered on my back porch one morning. They are a protected species now. I named him Fred and he was a good friend for many years. http://i58.tinypic.com/25jv5p0.jpg |

I was wondering why Julie thinks Sheba is bad cat food. The first ingredient is meat (or fish). Not by-products, and no grains or <gasp> gluten. > As he lived such a long and healthy life, I often wonder if the 'crap' > food is really all that bad. > She gets (and eats) what I give her. She likes Sheba. In terms of ingredients it reads better than Fancy Feast. Cost-wise, too. ![]() > Ferret, on the other hand, eats a blend of the 3 most healthiest > brands sold only in pet stores. I have to wonder why ferrets are not allowed as pets in some places. And of course I'm reminded of the time I was a teenager. My mother was hanging clothes on the line... I heard her yell and she dashed inside saying, "There's a wild animal out there!" I went to look and a little boy came walking up, asking, "Have you seen my ferret?" LOL Jill |

Odd, but true. I looked at my grocery store yesterday. They had 15 oz cans (no 8.5 oz size) and plastic cups of diced pears. 4 cups to the pound. The store brand was on sale for $2.99, brand names cost more. -- sf |

It has even been confirmed that George Bush (GHWB) denied presidents, during and after his tenure in office, access to sensitive data, such the the U.S. UFO files due to the fact they did not possess the proper security clearances. President Carter wanted to access those files due to his own experience of seeing a UFO but was denied access by the CIA. To this day, GHWB exercises undue influence within the CIA as he made sure he had loyal operatives at all levels, starting at the directorship. Then again he made sure he had damaging information on many key individuals, all else failing he “ordered their neutralization,” former CIA Director William Colby, being a notable example. The official finding was suicide. He is known, by many government insiders, to be an openingly unabashed (doesn’t hide it among friends) pedophile, specifically referring to the Franklin Community Credit Union scandal in the 1980s which was a major national scandal that was covered-up by White House officials during the time GHWB was vice president to Reagan and later. He is also a practicing satanist by many accounts (now very popular among the elite with their hand signs and T.V shows with satanic symbols and themes – Beyonce, one among many); a coward (during World War II); authorized the assassinations of democratically elected foreign leaders, as well as American citizens – most notably Ross Perot who ran against him as president – and used the CIA as a front for drug smuggling into the United States using military transport aircraft and ships, a practice that started with the Iran/Contra Scandal and later blossomed as a major source of black operations funding outside the congressional budget appropriations process where Congress controls the purse. |
