The toppings vary. My favorite was a pizza crust with refried beans,
seasoned ground beef, cheese, onions and tomatoes, baked. Then during the
last few minutes of baking, add tortilla chips. Top with shredded lettuce
before serving. Other people might add hot peppers, sour cream and
guacamole. Oh and black olives are nice too!
