![]() Our church garden is generously providing us with zucchini again this year. Last night I stuffed one with a hot Italian sausage, rice mix. It was deeeelicious and Yippie I have leftovers. It can also be done with fresh tomatoes and peppers from the garden. I also like to put a bit of marina on top before putting into the oven.. Janet US |
