Default Good eats tonight!

I stopped at a Safeway in Lynnwood on my way to Big Lots. I took the chance
on some fresh pico de gallo that they were selling. It's excellent! Now I
wish that I had bought the bigger one but so many times I have bought the
stuff at various places and it wasn't very good. The radishes are excellent
too. I sliced a couple of those and am having them with bean tacos.

Was able to use my $15 off a $60 order at Big Lots and was able to restock
my stockpile save for the canned pears. They are totally out now. None in
any size.

Only drawback to that store is the heat! I know that they have no AC so I
try not to go in the summer unless it's just a quick in and out for
something specific. The building used to be my favorite Safeway. The one
with the lunch counter. So at some point there was AC in there. I figured
it would be cool today though since it is only 60 degrees outside but
apparently the building does retain the heat. I made the mistake of wearing
a synthetic top so I was very overheated by the time that I checked out.
But I have lots of food and paper goods now so I won't need to go back there
for some time, unless they get something new in that I might want.

We have a Lynnwood in Southern California but it's full of gangs. If you're white you have to put on black face just for a chance to get out of there alive.
