I don't get to eat them too often because I don't get invited to too many Chinese weddings. Chinese weddings are better than all other weddings. The interesting thing about the recipe is that it uses a two part dough. Water dough and oil dough to create a flaky pastry. I've never made the stuff but I've eaten enough of it. Things work out better that way. |

You certainly could call them festive.
