Has anyone made use of the Great Courses offerings on cooking and
related studies? I was looking at their "The Everyday Gourmet: Rediscovering the Lost Art of Cooking": http://tinyurl.com/nenuqbz A few years back we got their "Everyday Guide to Wine", which was absolutely fantastic and we "studied" it really hard, glasses of wine in hand. No kidding--it was a great learning experience on wine. |
