Seems to me they won't need to worry too much about it, when
that person gets their statement, They'll be in touch.

Best to cover their butts anyway, in case the person thinks
the bakery is the one trying to pull a fast one.

They've been in business for ~3 years or so and I have had dealings with
them. They are a decent pair - a husband and wife team.
