Default Found the calves liver

We were in Winston Salem, NC yesterday so after getting set for a new
pair of glasses at Costco, we decided to look for calves liver. No
luck at Whole Foods and didn't bother with TJ's. Went to Fresh
Market. They had the liver, frozen. I got about a pound, sliced to
my specifications. Then picked up a Tiramisu Bar Cake and some
Parmesan Reggiano. The last time I was there they were breaking up a
wheel of Parmesan and I got a sample. It was so good. I am looking
forward to some or the cheese with a good Balsamic on it.

We first had this on our honeymoon, at a little joint in the North End of
