My daughters input is:

Quit your bitching and get the Frick over it.

You guys are acting like spoiled little brats if you are upset at the
word 'ladies' being applied to women.

Don adds a gentleman treats all women well and calls them ladies in
this country.

Too bad his daughter just demonstrated the manners she learned from
him.

Really? You think we care what your daughter thinks about this? And if she
really did say that, then she is very rude. Tell her to read this link.
She'll have to scroll down to General Usage: social class.

Funny, Wikipedia makes point for opposing view and one states Wiki is
not accurate while another uses it to make the opposite argument.

Like a lot of words, interpretation can go either way.

Ladies is a good term to you when you are addressing a group of ladies
generally and equally: "Hello, ladies." or "Thanks, ladies." This is
especially helpful when one lady is stunningly attractive while the
others are not.

Isn't she just, but then you have to consider her role model. Interesting
her mother found it so clever she had to post it.

This reminds me of a story I heard on the local television station
morning newscast. Referring to a bank robbery, the teleprompter reader
said the bank was robbed by "two gentlemen" wearing masks. This makes
me wonder how much emphasis the station managers put on "intelligence"
and command of the English language when they hire the "talent" to
appear on camera.

Perhaps the robbers acted in a polite manner and not threatening?

In most cases the person reading the news is not the person who wrote
the script.
