Default frozen mint sauce

It works - better than any other method I've found so far to make the
most of the crop of mint before winter hits it. I put a cube on my
plate and allowed it to defrost prior to cooking my lamb chop and it
had retained it's nice minty pop. Will try another one in a few
weeks and see how it's going. This may, may, be the way to preserve
the summer flavour, no other method I have tried worked.

Great I've never frozen the sauce but I do freeze leaves, as I said, in
ice cube trays. I like to cook some things with mint and it works for me.

I froze some leaves as well but haven't used them yet.
