Had plenty celery, posted a pic of the veggies... but no parsnip, I like if for flavoring but its texture is disgusting for eating. Had I used parsley it would be curly leaf, I like its sweeter flavor and more tender texture better than flat leaf. Actually there was some dehy parsley. I don't buy parsley, I grow plenty during warm weather. |
