![]() I saw these in the bulk bins at Winco. They are new to me. They look like peeled garlic cloves, but dry. Actually the bin of them sort of looked like navy beans. How do you use them? Janet US |

Fresh garlic doesn't always give me the result I'm looking for, although 99% of the them, it does. I've got a creamy garlic salad dressing that doesn't taste quite right to me unless it has both fresh and granulated garlic in it. I've got a few other uses for granulated garlic. Cindy Hamilton |

Crispy fried garlic is mighty tasty although you're probably going to smell like a Korean afterwards. Of course, that wouldn't stop me. ![]() |

The year that I was backstage mom for the dance studio, I brought freeze dried fruits and vegetables for a snack. The requirement for snacks were that they were not sticky or messy. The kids wouldn't eat them. I had a birthday party following so I brought them to the party where nobody liked them either. The strawberries were okay. But the rest? Ick. |
