If I pretend I don't know what kind of cheap industrial chicken he's going to apply these ingredients to, I don't see anything trashy. -- Bruce |

I tried turkey wings last weekend, but merely confirmed that I really dislike every part of the turkey that isn't breast meat. Chicken wings are more acceptable, being smaller. I prefer the section that could be described as the "forearm". Oddly enough, I like duck once in a while, which is all dark meat. "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds." Why bother wasting two fresh oranges when ordinary OJ would do as well, in fact I'd use undiluted frozen with an equal part duck sauce, and grated fresh ginger root... needs no sugar or starch, and no cooking. I'd probably add some hot Chinese mustard too. If too thick thin with rice wine. >Not to my taste, but here's hoping (with every reason to do so) >that you and yours enjoy it. > >I tried turkey wings last weekend, but merely confirmed that I >really dislike every part of the turkey that isn't breast meat. >Chicken wings are more acceptable, being smaller. My favorite turkey parts are the drumsticks and roasted neck. |

It seems there are those who like the dark meat and those who prefer the breast. Personally, I much prefer the dark. |

We don't buy froze concentrate OJ. We don't buy jarred duck sauce. We were out of ginger root, but fresh would have been better. The brown sugar was a choice, and the sauce got highly praised. Perhaps the starch was unnecessary, but the consistency turned out nice. Keep your shitty jarred duck sauce. --Bryan |

The two more distal section of the wings are my favorite parts of all birds. --Bryan |
