Default Sopa Seca de Fideo

I had no idea how fideos were really used until today: Sopa Seca de
Fideo! It can be made with tomatoes or with tomatillos (if you're
bold). It's a side dish carb to accompany meat. This version would be
great with chicken.

I have plenty of verde sauce leftover from my pork chile verde that I
was going to use for chicken next, but I might try it with fideos if I
have a package somewhere in the cupboard.

Mexcian Rice-a-Roni!

Oh heck yes, saved and on the runway for this weekend, thanks sf!

I have no idea why more of our restaurants here don't serve this.

I've only had it once before.
