Default A pretty darn good salad

I start with a base of iceberg lettuce. I like the crunch. Then I'll
add some spinach and in season, some mustard and radish greens. Then
add in some thinly sliced onions, diced tomatoes, avacado, hard boiled
egg, a bit of grilled chicken and some crumbled bacon. Keep
going....add some crumbled feta cheese and some croutons too if you
have them. Top with your favorite dressing. yum :-D

Tonight's dinner is that plus the last pint of my homemade veggie
soup. Dessert later on will be a KitKat candy bar.

Sounds good, though if I was actually having it, I would definitely substitute a
Zero Bar. :-)

Sounds nice. Two nights ago I had romaine, leftover boiled shrimp,
cukes, radishes, and tomatoes, dressed with a vinaigrette made
from lime juice, minced cilantro, smashed garlic, salt, and
extra-virgin olive oil.

Last night I had take-out sushi.

Tonight will be lentil soup with kale, and a half ounce of
semi-sweet chocolate for dessert.

OK I admit it, I am eating my way through Texas.
