Have you heard of the Kaimuki Bakery in Palolo Valley? Just
wondering, haven't been there. Heard about it on FB because the SO of
a childhood friend was born on the Big Island and still has lots of RL
friends spread all over the state.

I'd probably have to check it out. I may have been there before but it sounds like an old style bakery. We have two of those kinds of bakeries in this town. They're about 50 feet from each other!

There are some interesting places popping up around town. I checked out a Japan style bakery last week. Japanese style bakeries are always brightly lit, clean, places with wonderful, pricey, items.
