You have to admit that she has had a pretty easy life. She only had to
go to work for few years before getting canned.... or "retired" with no
pension. She is free to stay up all night compulsively posting in news
groups and then she sleeps all day. It's not my idea of a life but she
seems to be hooked on it.

It turned out not to be a dentist but a Dr. It was an afternoon appointment.
I would have liked more sleep but didn't get it.

Oh and... I compulsively post on various new groups? Which groups might
those be? This is about the only Usenet group that I post to. Once in a
while to the diabetes or thyroid groups but for the most part, those and all
of the other groups I've seen are dead. Once in a while I get notice of
some new group. Never of interest to me. So... Where exactly am I posting
now?

I know you *think* that I post my entire life story here but I don't. How
could my dad be spoiling me now? Pennies from heaven? And my mom takes me
out to eat once a week. Whoa! That's even food related!

Why do you keep lying? I retired from K Mart after 17 years. I have a
pension. I even posted about it here, stating that I'd been advised to take
it early lest they fold for good. That was not my only job. I had several
others and I was never "canned" from any job.

You've always claimed you took her.

Didn't you just tell us that had stopped, because she got angry when
you wouldn't eat?

My mom is blind so I drive her to the restaurant. She pays for our meals.

No. I didn't say that at all. What I said was that we used to take her to
lunch *and* dinner. We had to stop with the dinner because she was wanting
to eat 2-3 hours after we ate lunch. We just can't do that. I would imagine
most people would not want to eat their meals that close together.

No, I agree with Julie on this one. She said she drove her mother, not
that she paid for it. And then her mother always wanted to eat again
just a few hours after lunch.

I don't eat a lot so going out to lunch and then dinner even 5 hours
later, I likely wouldn't have much of an appetite.

Having her in my killfille is not very effective when other people reply
to her and include her quoted text. You have to admit there is way too
much material in there to ignore.

I'm not the liar here. I'm actually surprised that you two aren't bumping
noses. Yours should have grown quite long by now.

You can always KF the subjects of threads she initiates or when they
turn into "all about Julie" threads - meaning people are just baiting
her into responding so they can be mean back at her.

Yes. They make stuff up about me then respond to each other as if it were
true.

Why would he do that???? He always bleats she is in his killfile but he
doesn't have the intelligence to ignore her, besides, he can't bear to read
anything she says without responding) I am wondering if he is in lurve

People bait Julie????? Holy Crap. You can't be serious. Julie has a
habit of throwing herself into the firing line by blurting out the most
bizarre things and then keeps throwing in lies to try to explain or
justify. Nobody baits her.

This coming from someone who posts a couple of hundred times a day,
everyday. It is to laugh.

I think Dave is just bored in his retirement years. Remember he also
checks out cars parked in the handicap spaces to see if they have a

So who are you old farts going to pick-on tomorrow? Dave is no worse than many others on this forum including myself.
We don't have to agree with a person in order to tolerate them expressing an opinion.

Unless it's Julie expressing an opinion eh, then many feel that it's ok to dog
her to death. Also, it could be pointed out that you're not very tolerant with
the "old farts" expressing their opinions with the above post, so MYOB.

You didn't notice anything bizarre because your brain is fried.

Seriously??? You have not seen any of Julie's bizarre comments or
realized that she is lying? This is a woman who had previously posted
about her husband stopping to eat supper on the way home and later
denied that she had posted that. She had claimed to be a writer but
later denied being a writer, denied having claimed that she was a
writer. When someone (not me) dug up her old posts with the claim that
she was a writer she said she didn't remember posting that. She had
problems in a store with some guy wearing a turban hassled her with a
broom. I don't remember if that is the same store where the birds are
always getting into the bread on the lower shelves. The list of lies
and bizarre claims and denials is long.

No Dave. What actually happens is that you take what I say, twist it into
something else and then call me a liar. I do remember in recent years
(perhaps the last 3) that my husband stopped for Pho on the way home and did
not tell me he was doing it. Then he didn't want dinner.

Apparently prior to that, he did do something or other, but now I can't
remember what. But ate elsewhere so wasn't wanting dinner when he got home.
But this was many years ago and the details of that escape me. This is
apparently what you remember my saying. But unlike you, I do not fixate on
every little detail that goes on in my life and torture myself about it. I
move on. Just because my husband used to do something does not mean that he
does it now.

He used to wear New Balance shoes too. I used to buy him the clearance ones
online, just like I do for myself. Now he buys Brookes and he buys his own.
Unlike me, he actually runs in his shoes. So what would be okay for me to
walk through Costco with, was not working for his however many miles he runs
and it was causing him medical problems. He also used to wear a certain kind
of underwear and now wears another. A certain type of socks, but now
another. You see, things change.

I never denied claiming to be a writer. In fact said that I won the USA
Today Haiku contest for my poem on Baklava. I am not currently writing
anything nor seeking publication. I have been published in the past. Small
things and they for sure didn't make me rich. That whole stupid comment came
about when someone (can't remember who now) claimed that I wasn't for real
and I had made up a persona. And now I know that you or someone else will
come along and say that I am lying again because I won't phrase this word
for word like I did then. But I made a smart remark to the effect of that I
was a writer and if I was going to make up a persona, it would be one that
was more interesting than me. Something like that.

The mad turban broomer was for real. Walmart in Lynnwood on 164th. Angela
can back me up here. Not that she would actually post here. He came at me
with his giant dust mop/broom thing. And it happened more than once. I think
he is long gone. We don't go to that store much any more. Those incidents
were years ago and I haven't seen him since.

The Woodinville Costco still has a bird problem. And it wasn't just the
lower shelves. Birds can fly you know. Costco realized that it was a problem
and took various steps to try to keep the birds out. One was the plastic
curtain thing that sw mentioned. I saw it up once and never again. So it
didn't work out or something. I have not seen any birds deep into the store
now. They are mostly near the snack bar.

But having worked in a store, I know how easy it is for a bird to
accidentally fly in there and not be able get back out.

Now why don't you go do something in the kitchen? Maybe Jill can give you
advice on how to steam broccoli or something.

Me? I plan to go to Sam's Club a little later. Am waiting to see if my
handyman will show up today. He might not as they are predicting a
thunderstorm. He was going to bark my beds and put down weed stuff. I fired
my gardener, if you care. The one I hired after Matt died just wasn't
working out. Yard looks like crud. Fortunately for me, my new neighbor is a
landscaper and he said he can give me help if I need it. Oh what? That's
right Dave. In real life, some people are actually nice to me. They don't
all seek me out with brooms.

My horoscope says that I will have a nice day. And I plan to.

This just isn't something that keeps me awake at night. I read posts and
I comment or not. I don't keep track of what someone said 2 years ago
and whether that's consistent with what they're saying now.

Depending on my mood, I can say that I hate tea. Or I can say that I
drink tea once a month. Or I can say that I never drink tea. Because it
changes over time. It's all true. And why would anyone worry about it
anyway?

How do you know? Why do you care? Don't you have things to do? Real life
people to haunt?

It makes you wonder. What a sad piece of shit he is. He hangs on her EVERY
word for years and forgets nothing (he claims) she has ever said, but claims
he doesn't like her and has no interest in her ?????????

He is obsessed with her. I wonder how many more years he will follow her
every move??? How many years we have to read of his continual stalking
her!

He is a sicko.

How about the multiple hundred reply "all about Julie" thread that
someone started when she wasn't even posting to rfc?
