Default Jambalaya

Made some Jambalaya. Chicken, ham and andouille sausage. I like mine with enough heat to wake up the palate but not enough to kill your taste buds. I always have a bottle of Tabasco handy if someone want's to kick it up a bit.

This batch turned out really well. I had not made Jambalaya in a while and we really chowed down.

My recipe makes a LOT. So I cut it back by about half for this batch, still had enough for two or three people for two meals.
