Seems like there is always a small amount of "leakage" in the system...it has got so large and complex where would you start if you wanted to? An inconsequential text message in a user-group isn't going to start a war so nobody gives a care.
There are good days and bad days, ups and downs...just forget it.
Most likely as the traffic eases these problems will be resolved.
