Default easy uncooked tomato sauce


All you need is a grater and a bowl. I'd need some garlic too. Maybe
I could roast and mash it before combining with the tomato.

Yep, I remember years ago in the 1980's my then wife and I got a whole bunch of garden fresh tomatoes from my father who came up with an excellent way to keep the birds and squirrels off his tomatoes so he had a buttload of them! It was SO GOOD! Really fresh tomato flavor!! I cooked it a bit though! Same basic recipe. Sort of!
