The Duggers? Is this one of those so-called "reality show" families on
television? Oh gawd, yes it is. At least now I know who watches that
stuff.

Nope. In fact I am part of several groups getting sponsors pulled from their
shows. And it is working. They used to be all over everywhere with their
sick cult. Now you don't see much of them at all. I guess you don't watch
any TV or read magazines. Even my friend without cable has heard of them.
They've been on the news a lot as well. Just not really recently.

I watch televion but not *that* kind of crap. I don't read any types of
magazines that spout off about the doings of so-called celebrities.
News? What they do isn't news. It's publicity.

You don't watch the news? You missed the whole Ashley Madison thing? Wake up
and smell the coffee. Of course what they do is publicity and politics. They
want you and everyone else in their cult. They're a dangerous bunch. And
Republicans to boot.

You call this "news"?!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_Madison

It's an online dating site for married people that got hacked. Why
would I give a crap about that?

Well it's old news. And I didn't say that you should give a crap but it was
on the news and Josh Duggar was caught. This while he was working for the
Republicans and the Family Research Council. I don't even follow politics
but I did see that big guffaw.

I am also a woman and I don't want my rights taken away. The Duggars are
working hard behind the scenes while putting on pretty faces to take our
rights away.

My TV is on all of the time because I work from home, so it is kept on
to keep me company even if I'm not really paying 100% attention. I still
haven't heard of them before.

You're kidding! My friend who doesn't have cable has even seen them on the
news. And they were on the news a lot last year after the leak of the child
molestations, the child abuse, the robocalls, etc.

Not kidding. In my circles we don't follow that stuff and I don't know

I didn't follow it until I realized just how sneaky they are and just how
imbedded in politics they are. I also have know people who are *** or
transgendered so people like them (Duggars) do scare me. They are trying to
take rights away from those people and women. And their cult has ties to the
KKK. These are bad, bad people who are out to control the world. It would
pay you to follow them.

I don't either and don't know anyone who does. I mostly keep the TV on
as background noise when I'm reading. The Duggers is bullshit "reality"
and this Ashley Madison thing well... she seems to think this has far
reaching consequences. Only because some people give it credence. As
always, YMMV.

So Julie likes to watch "reality" shows. I would have thought that the
drama queens on those shows would have detracted too much from the drama
in her own life.

This isn't about TV. It's about politics, cults and abuse. I will not watch
their show or do anything that will in any way benefit those two breeders.
And it's probably two old for their older kids since some of them have
already started their grifting ways. I do feel sorry for those younger kids.
And apparently if you live where they do, you can hook up with politicians,
throw money around and keep on publicly endangering and abusing your kids.
It truly makes me sad.

That show is not reality and it is not a show I will watch. One does not
need to watch the show to see and hear what they are doing.

Says the woman who lives in a microcosmic bubble and lets her family
treat her like an unpaid servant. Sorry, but your idea of "news" is not

Uh, no, it was about sheets and morphed into sleeping habits. You

No I didn't. Specifically what happened was that I mentioned people keeping
their clothes in the laundry room like the Duggars. You seemed to know
nothing about them except that they have a TV show. A show that I don't
watch.

I guess I don't get it. I just can't see how people could have missed all
the stuff that has been on the news about them recently. I don't even watch
the news every day either.

Ditto!!! Just another example how bove knows "everything" about
"everyone" yet knows "nothing" (Sgt. Schultz standard remark - "I know
nuthink" (Hogan's Heroes" 1970s TV show)! DOH! Yet even more proof how
bove's "lies"! After all, if bove says it isn't so, then it (whatever)
is a "lie" ! Makes one wonder if bove even knows what the 'truth' is!
Heh, any true truth is probably beyond bove's ken!

Yes because I have researched them. Why? Angela was watching the show some
years ago. She is an only child and has always wanted siblings so she was
attracted to shows with siblings when she was younger. Something struck me
as off about the family so I looked them up online. They like to present a
wholesome, Christian appearance on the show. Nothing could be further from
the truth. They or more likely their publicity people have erased most
traces of dirt on them that used to be online. There used to be tons. They
are truly sick and dangerous people. And thankfully, the appeal of the show
quickly wore off. Angela quit watching it years ago.
