Heh. A great way to keep your hands soft is to slather them with Bag Balm and then don some cotton gloves overnight. I've tried it and it works very well but I am not comfortable wearing gloves when I sleep. Corn Huskers lotion is good, too, and not at all greasy. ![]() Jill |

The people I do know that have issues about dry and chapped are the ones that are anal about constantly washing their hands. That removes the natural oils. Quit washing your hands so much and the skin should be normal and fine. Just my opinion naturally but it's a plan that's worked for 105 years now. |

My mom used to do it all the time, but we use the baking sprays now and the cooking sprays. We use Country Crock in the tub for buttering toast and such. TB |

Frugal isn't being poor or cheap...it is using up all of what you are
using....IOW, not being wasteful. I think recycling fits into that definition. N. |

If our aim is to reduce fat intake, something that spreads easily and has a large amount of water and half the fat can be useful. These products are actually a colloidal emulsion similar to mayo. |

Most things in this world have hard to pronounce names - this does not mean they're bad or evil. Butter and other fats with easily pronounced names will certainly kill you - given the chance. |

My guess is it was because it was cheaper although it was generally thought in America that butter would clog up your arteries. I guess that was a good enough reason to avoid the stuff. Does butter clog up arteries? Beats me but that's my story and I'm sticking to it! Tonight I had lemongrass chicken. It was a bit on the spicy side but delicious! https://www.amazon.com/photos/share/...2i630QuG1oRjsx |
