Itsjoan, I have never used the convection for pizza. It does great with biscuits,
is all I can say. I don't do much with yeast breads anymore; I have baked a couple of those Rhodes frozen dough breads that one lets rise and then bake, but I can't recall whether or not I used convection; I rather doubt it, since I like the success I have with regular yeast breads which I bake in the standard way. N. |
